Description

NOVEMBER UPDATE: As of November 11th we are going into full winter-mode. We remain open year round, but during the winter months all the amenities are put into storage. Please bring anything your dog may need during their visit (water, toys, bowl, etc). Also hunting season is upon us as well. This means you’ll be hearing random gun shots in the distance at Woofies Play Yard. Construction noise is still on going from our neighbors over the hill. Something to keep in mind if your dog is sensitive to those sounds. ————- We look forward to hosting you and your furry pal at Woofies Play Yard! Our 1+ acre spot has an open area for throwing the ball around, and a small wooded area for the pups to wander through the trees. A few obstacles to check out, and a picnic table for you to sit and relax. Located at the end of a dead-end road you’ll have privacy as you can barely see any houses from the Sniffspot. The spot is located in the front portion of our property and is entirely separate from our home area. You may occasionally see our neighbor whose driveway you’ll pass on the way to the Sniffspot. #woofiesplayyard Please refrain from using alcoholic beverages, or smoking/vaping on premises. Anyone using these on our property will be banned from this Sniffspot.

Uneven ground, dips, and some small stripped gopher holes. NOVEMBER 2024 ALERT: Hunting season is here and you’ll be hearing random gunshots in the distance. You may hear construction noises on random days/times as our neighbors over the hill are building new houses.

I'm a huge dog enthusiast and over the years have participated in the following dog sports and training fields: agility, Treiball, Flyball, recreational mushing, tracking, and K9 Nosework. I've also been active in the rescue/shelter networks, and design/create dog toys for small training companies and boutiques around the world. I look forward to sharing our personal Woofies Play Yard with you and your pups!
