The entire property is 10 acres that has a quiet, country feel- limited road noise, a few neighbors and plenty of privacy. The dog play area is a 70’x120’ sand arena that is 5’ tall and fully fenced in. There is a basket of assorted dog toys for you to use as well and a water trough for your doggy friends to jump in.

I have two areas a affordable price for all. you can rent just Area 1 that is in pictures see pictures 1st part. 2nd part says must be added as extra features. 2 acres of pasture, huge open area to play fetch, we have a wash area with hot water for muddy paws or bodies! Our yard was made for dogs. We designed it to be a mess free spot for our dogs to play! There is an area of grass that’s surrounded by smooth rocks to avoid muddy paws. There is a small dog pool available for your dog to play or if you want to give a bath! We provide dog towels for your convenience. Relax on our comfy chairs in the shade and enjoy a refreshing drink and snack while your pup zooms around. The yard is shaded all day so no need to worry about the heat or sunburns. We hope you and your dog will enjoy our spot!

All our SniffSpot funds are donated to PitCrew Rescue to raise money for a surgery that our foster dog needs. Our pool has been great for our dog after her TPLO surgery. I highly recommend water therapy for recovering from injuries. Our dog doesn’t like jumping in, so she uses the steps on both sides of the pool to get in and out. There’s a park across the street from our house with a public restroom. If you have any questions or requests, message me.
