Looking for adventure? Want a whole peaceful 7 acres all to yourself? Want unobstructed views of Pike’s Peak and the entire Sangre de Cristino range? It’s all here! 🏔️🏔️🏔️ This beautiful 7 acres is fully fenced in with 4ft fencing. There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. You're welcome to get your doggo a drink, or rinse your doggo off @ the well head spigot near the house. Pics attached to your review are GREATLY appreciated! Fully fenced in backyard with bushes and trees to run around. Side gate available for additional access. Neighbor dogs are visible in one portion of the yard but there are two fences in between. I do have a dog named Gus that absolutely loves to play if your pup wants a playmate, he does however socialize at daycare. Toys can be provided also. Looking forward to see your pup have a blast!

We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres between the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an inground pool that is dog friendly. (The price includes swimming for 1 dog. 2nd dog costs extra). There is a doggie door between the front yard and the backyard so your dog/dogs will have lots of room to run around. If your dog is friendly off leash, we have four more acres outback to run around. We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have horses for neighbors and great views.
