Welcome to your pup’s dream getaway! Our 3-acre property offers endless adventures for dogs who love nature, water, and off-leash freedom. What makes our Sniffspot special: ✅ River Access: Let your dog splash, wade, or frolic about in the gentle river! We are in a drought but there is still plenty of water about knee deep to walk around and cool off in. A short walk down a ramp and a few stairs leads to a safe, shallow area perfect for water-loving pups. Bring your water shoes and wade around in the water with them. Additionally, please let me know if you need our fenced in back yard to use. And if you would also like to roam the property. ✅ Partially Fenced Yard: Fully enclosed space for secure off-leash zoomies, fetch, or relaxing under the sun. This is a space approx 40 feet by 25 feet that we have enclosed in the back of our house facing the river. ✅ Endless Exploration: Roam our property, we have an area with table and chairs to grab some shade. Amenities: 🐶 Fresh water bowl 🌳 Shady spots for breaks. If you would prefer you can bring a camping chair to pop up where you would like it. Or I can offer our chairs under the shaded area next to our home. 🚗 Easy parking close to the entrance. Perfect for: ✅ Dogs who love swimming or cooling off in the river. ✅ High-energy pups needing space to sprint and explore. Note: Bring a towel—your pup might leave soggy but smiling! 😊 Book now and let your dog live their best river-life adventure! HOST NOTE

Deer roam our property, if your dog is unfamiliar and in the unfenced part of our property they could potentially chase after them. We are on the river with a drop off. We never have found this to be a danger but someone new on the property should be aware. Also, across the river our many airbnbs that might have loud music (rare occasion) and dog visitors. This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water Cactus: due to the topography of the region, please be aware there are a few cactus plants. These are mostly on the edge of the cliff that we don't recommend being close too. Our dog has not had a problem but we are trying to be transparent with anything on the property.
