It is countries so you do see goats pigs, I have a private screen it helps keep direct eye contact away from farm animals. Upon request, I have an obstacle course that can be put up. Our well-maintained and fully fenced backyard provides ample room for dogs of all sizes to exercise and explore. It's the ideal setting for playdates, fetch, or simply basking in the sun. Your dog's safety and happiness are our top priorities. Important details for your visit: Privacy & Security: For the safety of our home and guests, the yard is equipped with a standard security camera. Please note that we respect your privacy and do not actively monitor or "supervise" your session; the camera is for security purposes only. Natural Conditions: This is a natural outdoor space. For early morning bookings, please expect morning dew/damp grass. We recommend waterproof footwear for humans during these times! Guest Limit: PLEASE NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE occupying the backyard at any time.

Working ranch close to town with dog area

We’ve fenced off an area for dogs to be able to roam free. We remember what it was like trying to find a spot to let our dogs off leash and so we thought we’d offer that to others. During the summer the area is dry and can get windy in the afternoons. There is good well water accessible for drinking, a watering station for the dogs and a trash bin for you to place your dog droppings. Please remember this is a working property with livestock, so if that is something you are unsure of it’s probably best to ask or not book.

Tracey's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In San Leandro

The full lot is 0.3 acres with wildlife bordering majority of the yard - if you’re lucky, wildlife like deer & lots of squirrels + birds can be spotted! I pick up after my dogs on the weekend. Edit 1/19/25: Construction debris on/around the deck has been removed. Edit 4/17/25: Fencing along the right side (when you walk in) has been re-done! Edit 6/16/25: We have regularly scheduled landscaping which will hopefully help with foxtails. Please remember this is a yard and not a dog park. Edit 9/27/25: Please do not block any driveways including ours when finding parking. Guests are responsible for the safety of any additional visitors, including children, during their visit.

Quiet garden sanctuary in the city.

A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to run and play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business” - smile. That’s a serious and mandatory request. Poop bags are available in the plastic box with the other dog gear, but please bring your own backup supply just in case and do not leave the poop bags behind. BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless. Please arrive always with your own supply of water - rain or shine - and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Have fun!
