I don't need more than about 15 minutes notice before booking. There's not a lot for me to get ready. I will give you 4 stars if you don’t clean up after your dog(s).

Large front yard, gate separates the back. I’d lay on a blanket in nicer months and throw the ball for my kiddo before he passed and when the asphalt was too hot. We’re 1 block from Springwatet trail and creek and within walking distance to Main City Park. Thom Park is a few houses down the block and has a huge and lovely area that rarely has anything in it.
