Welcome to Ridgefield Red Barn Run, located in Ridgefield, Washington. Our five acre space is only 1.2 miles off of I-5. Enjoy this peaceful setting with your furry friends. Sit under the large shade trees and let your pampered pets get all their wiggles out as they run, run, run! 🐾🐾

Nature in the City is a unique Private Dog Park that is 1 1/2 acres of beautiful natural land with varied landscapes. Our natural setting has different areas including 2 grassy fields perfect for fetch w/discs, ropes, or toys, (balls are not best here due to all of the surrounding bushes), areas great for running, a forested area with several nature trails for a hiking adventure where your dog(s) can run, explore, run & feel free, a large tree’d area that your pups can run under, and a healthy little creek that your pups can wade in, cool off, and drink from. Your dogs will have so many different sniffing and secure off-leash exploring opportunities here! Our spot is so much more than just a fenced field! The area is diverse and so much fun for your dog(s). There are a couple areas on the trails that are a little steep, there’s an area where you have to walk on logs 🪵, and the little creek has to be stepped over, so people with limited mobility may have issues in these areas of the spot. There are plenty of spaces and trails that are suitable for all abilities. If you’re looking for a basic fenced field to play chuck-it then this probably isn’t your spot. We are continually working on our property, so every time you visit it will have more open space, more trails, and less blackberry bushes. We provide a rain/sun shelter with foldable chairs and lots of supplies including dog toys & balls, poop bags, hand sanitizer, natural bug spray, wipes, hand towels, cornhole, 2 lounge chairs, 4 folding chairs. a kids size picnic table, and fresh drinking water for your pups. There are open areas with sun ☀️, and there is shade all day due to many large trees. Our property is fully secure with 5 to 6 ft fencing. We are located close-in on the Westside of Vancouver one mile from I-5 on 78th Street in West Hazel Dell near Felida. *Seasonal Attention-We have baby bunnies on our property. They usually hide really well, but if your pup finds a baby or a nest, please redirect your pup to try to avoid the bunnies from getting hurt. The blackberries are ripe and yummy right now! Fully fenced (6'), small yard with a private gated entrance. Plenty of street parking or welcome to park in the driveway if available. Enjoy relaxing in the hammock or lounge on the patio furniture while you're pups sniff and run around! Grass, mud in the back corner, deck, and concrete to run about. We have 2 small dogs as well so if your pup ever wants some play time just reach out to me ahead of time.

**ALL PROFITS ARE DONATED TO LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS (read more at the bottom)*** Dixie Mountain Delight is a unique Sniffspot! It's a 10-acre property with several trails through rustic wooded areas and a large Field of Dreams (with an overlook) to enjoy. You (human) will get a pretty decent walk in along with your dog! Disappear into the woods with your doggo pack and explore the property. The main trail through the woods is a little over a quarter mile long, and there is plenty to sniff and explore along the trail. It is a hike with some slight inclines and declines, but nothing very strenuous. The woods are very quiet and serene, but they are also robust and eagerly await your adventures! We recommend starting on the main trail that begins behind the barn and then either exploring more trails on the way to the field, or just heading directly to the field for wide-open fun. The Field of Dreams fluctuates between being mowed and having areas of tall grass. Deer visit our field regularly, so hopefully, your pack will find some interesting things to sniff. There is a sitting area on the field for you to rest while your pack runs like the wind, explores, fetches, or simply enjoys the day. There are several other small, interesting trails to explore and reconnect with nature. Just follow the map and signs. Make sure you snap a pic by the Guard Shack and read its history. Inside the shack are some interesting feathers to smell. All trails are marked. We have several dogs that have a fenced area by the house, however, we keep the dogs inside when we have Sniffspot visitors. Occasionally, you might hear them bark when visiting, but generally, they are tucked away and occupied when we have Sniffspot guests. We are working on a few projects around the property, mostly on the house to include rebuilding the deck. You may occasionally see us up at the house working on one project or another, but we are respectful of your privacy. Located atop Dixie Mountain, the drive up is filled with snatches of lovely views of the surrounding mountains and Portland (weather dependent). The view is especially gorgeous if you mosey up from Highway 30. There certainly is a lot to do, see, and smell on Dixie Mountain! We hope you will come see us. ****************************************************************************************************** In August of 2023, we were in southern Alabama visiting our son who is in the US Army. He found two abandoned puppies at a deserted boat ramp and after trying to find them homes for two weeks, our only options were to turn them into a kill shelter or bring them home to Oregon. After bringing home these two abandoned puppies from Alabama, where there is a definite crisis facing abandoned animals and a shortage of space at no-kill shelters, we felt a calling to help our no-kill shelters here in Oregon. I feel strongly about supporting our local shelters and spreading the donations around. All profits from my Sniffspot are donated to local shelters, which rotate. So far we have donated to Family Dog New Life Shelter, Bonnie Hays Animal Shelter, Oregon Dog Rescue, and Oregon Humane Society, Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals. Sapphire Point is an unfenced, private, 10 acres with excellent mountain views, hiking trails, and seasonal creek. This location provides your pup, and you, access to uninterrupted forest land with expansive mountain views and many fun new smells. The three primary trails are marked with pink ribbons and the property perimeter is marked with white ribbons for easy navigation. Hiking the slopes can be a workout for us humans, so let yourself rest at the different benches while your pup plays. You're invited to pack a little snack and make it part of your adventure.

This is a working sheep farm. The pasture is usually occupied by a few elderly ewes. They will be kept in the barn when we have guests. The L shaped field is about 2.5 acres of open ground. You may see me or my farm hand at work. If you need a no visual/no contact visit, please let me know in advance.

3 separate fields- field 1: closest to busy road, least suitable for free-roam incase of delivery or neighbor utilizing third gate on easement. I consider this “the buffer zone”. Best suited for dogs with proper recall skills. Field 2: the best field! It is completely fenced in, private, and safe for dogs 15lbs and up- smaller dogs such as our 9lb dog need to wear a device to recall because fencing is large enough for them to escape through. It is sloped, which is excellent for exercise! There are trees blocking our house and windows for privacy, easy gate access, and accessible water. There is a nice view of Mt. Hood, and a couple of log benches around the property. Field 3: through the first two fields, is our lowest field, a property long and flat, the borders our neighbor’s property. While fenced, the entire property is not entirely marked, using photos on this app for boundaries. Coyotes do roam this lower field on a morning and evening basis weekly, so large dogs with proper recall training are advised only. While it is fenced, you may spend a long time tying to retrieve your pup otherwise! This field is a split property (2 parcels), and the other owners have bee hives! Please be mindful of bees, and maintaining general boundaries (see photos). I will grab some better signs asap, as I am new to this app! Late evenings please watch out for coyotes in this field with smaller dogs. It’s quite rugged, so be mindful of wild animal scat, mole holes, uneven grass. I strongly recommend against use during foggy periods for safety of your pets.

Our yard is our personal little paradise, a relaxing and beautiful space to be present in the moment. Our puppy, Mamba, absolutely loves it, and we're sure your dog will love it too! 🚗There should be plenty of street parking when you arrive. 🏡 Look for the white house with the blue door (picture #4). 🚙 Walk directly to the backyard along our driveway (picture #5). 🌻 Enter through the gate (picture #6).
