Description

We have a front AND back yard. Able to be separated so if you have dogs that don’t get along we’re the place to come. We board and train dogs so have lots of toys, gear and activities outdoors! Check us out on fb!

Nice quiet location close to downtown. Fully fenced Astro turf dog heaven with tons of chew toys and tennis balls. Also backs up to open field with more room to run around in the tall grass if you and your pup desire. Tables and chairs for humans. Plus toys for kiddos.

Yakalo Ranch is located at the Edge of Pike National Forest, rich with rock formations, trails, natural springs, streams and small rivers with small wade pools and picnic areas. Take a short scenic trip to the past on Old Stage Road after passing the Cheyanne Zoo. 3 1/2 miles up Old Stage Rd, originally constructed in the late 19th century to provide access to the flourishing mining towns of Victor and Cripple Creek, you will see a parking lot on your right.

I work from home. The fully fenced backyard is my doggie's domain. She loves to run, play with her toys, and cool off in the kiddy pool during the summer months. I don't have a beautiful lawn, sorry; she kind of destroyed my little bit of green, but I don't mind. She is a friendly black-mouth cur and has good manners. There is a pet door in the kitchen, so animals can always go in and out. I have an enclosed patio off the kitchen. I will monitor how long the animal stays during snow days (No frostbite on their paws!), so I close the patio door after they do their business (I do poop patrol several times a day to keep a cleaner yard). When it is cold or very hot, they can stay inside the house and still have access to outdoors when they want. I won't accept aggressive animals, sorry. I require current proof of your pet's vaccination; we must be smart about this. Reach out with any questions you may have. Woof woof!

Great spot for dogs! Such a unique property with so many nooks and crannies including a chicken coop. Note: There are no chickens on premises ;). Brand new fence put up last year. Ample parking and space if you wanted to bring a friend for a play date.
