This 87 acre, private, forested space, with river access, is available for $30/2 hour blocks, Thursday-Sunday, 9-6pm, April-September.

I bought this property in 2023 to give my dogs more space and a more enriched daily life. It has worked wonders for them and I hope your dogs will enjoy it too. There is a 6' high chain link fully fenced area of .3 acres in 2 sections with a 10' gate. Perfect for dogs who don't always want to play together or leave the gates open to run between sections. Beyond that is more than another acre for long line sniffing and exploring. Take the trail to the top of the hill or just explore the back field and have a sniffari among the smells from wildlife. Long line only please beyond the fence so as not to disturb any wildlife. 30' long line available in barn. There are other dogs in the neighborhood that can be heard but not really seen through the woods. There may be wildlife, fox, deer, and turtles have been seen. Balls and chuck it throwers available, water is available in the barn. Shelter from a quick rain shower in one of the outdoor stalls. Jolly eggs and jolly ball for the herders. Kiddie pool available with notice given at time of booking.

We have just over an acre of land down a dead-end road. Our backyard is fully fenced in with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. There is plenty of seating for the dog parents as well as a playground if you want to bring your children! We have two dogs that I would keep inside during any visits. We have dog toys in the backyard that your dogs could play with. There is plenty of room to throw a ball around and let your dogs expend their energy. My wife (Ashley), son (Oliver), and I (Joe) love dogs of all breeds and would love the opportunity to give them room to run and play as our dogs do. Our backyard is pretty open with grassy spots, mossy areas, and sand and dirt. I have a doggie pool and a splash pad that can be used for an extra cost.
