45We enjoyed our visit and this would be a great spot to visit with larger dogs or fence smart dogs. Mine don’t push fences but one did brush against the electric fence and just wanted to go back to the car after. There were dogs in 2 out of the 3 neighbors. All friendly but definitely encouraged my other to go up the fence where he got a small zap. We wish more toys were provided but normally have our own. There was also a cat in the yard that mine ignored but could be a problem with a more prey driven dog. My boy did enjoy rolling around under a tree.
35This was our first sniffspot experience though we've visited another out of town. It was kind of awkward not having instructions until a message sent after we were already there. It's not a separate fenced off area. You drive into the driveway and close the gate. We did notice some areas in the fence that were open and need fixing. There is also an electric fence along the back and possibly the side. We brought 3 dogs with us. My smallest managed to escape and yipped pretty loud right before running along the outside of the fence, I think she may have been zapped by the fence. Overall it's a beautiful property and was fine for my older dog but not the best for a more adventurous younger dog.
55Beautiful yard with lots of shade for the pups. Owner met us outside to tell me where she had put out water for my girls.

Grace Dog Park in Myrtle Creek

Welcome! First-time guests receive a $5 discount with the coupon code "TRYTHESPOT24". Conveniently located less than one mile off Interstate-5 at exit 103. This exit features a gas station, Grocery Outlet, Tesla charging stations, McDonald’s, Tractor Supply (dog toys!), A&W, a donut shop, Dollar Tree, and more. Summer update: The lush green grass has turned into brown for the summer. We have a small kiddy-pool for you to fill and use if you wish for your pups to splash around a bit. The large sprinkler in the park is there only for a fire emergency. Mornings and evenings are still very nice for your pups to enjoy! New play feature added: King of the Spot! Dogs only on the play feature please - not for humans to climb on. This approximately one-acre park is fully fenced with brand new 5’ tall non-climb wire fencing. There are two gates for access: a walk-through gate if you choose to park on the wide gravel shoulder along the road, and a drive-through gate which allows you to bring your vehicle inside the park onto a large gravel parking area to unload your furry friends. Inside the park you will find a gently sloped grassy field with some nice flat areas also. There is a brand-new 12'x14' covered shelter to keep you out of the rain or hot sun. We have also installed a real, vintage fire hydrant for your dog’s “enjoyment”. Some rock wall terraces about 2’ to 3’ tall can be used for sitting, and for your larger breed dogs to jump up and down on. There are Adirondack chairs and a large wooden picnic table for the humans as well as the dogs (our Lab loves to jump up on top and take in the view). A water hydrant provides fresh water from our local municipal water source, Tri City Water, and you will find water pails for every size of dog. Nearby is a mailbox with doo doo bags, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, and paper towels. You will also find two wooden crates: one filled with an assortment of toys, and the other provides a nice stick library for your pooch to choose from. Please note: both gates open inwards into the park. Seven or eight months out of the year you will find green grass (and weeds), in the summer months it will be dry dormant grass. The park is always kept mowed and there will be no tall grass or weedy areas. We do not spray any herbicides or pesticides of any kind inside the park or along the fence lines. This park does not share a fence line with any other properties and there is a wide perimeter around the park on three sides. The fourth side is along Crest Drive, a medium trafficked residential road. There are some neighboring small dogs along the back line that will say hello now and then, but there is a 80’ buffer between the fence lines on this side. We respect your privacy while using the park, and even though we would love to come over and play with every dog visitor and say hello to their humans, we will only meet you by specific request. Generally the park is available to book during daylight hours, but there is some flexibility for your special requests. There is a nice light right across the street that lights up much of the park nicely at night. If you choose to park your vehicle inside the park, please open the gate slowly so that it doesn’t swing against the post too quickly. Both gates have combination locks on them. The current code will be provided upon scheduling your visit. This is a non-smoking park. Alcoholic beverages and drug use are also not allowed in the park. Please do not play loud music in the park. If you are ever unsatisfied with your visit for any reason, we will gladly contact Sniffspot and request a refund. We are appreciate your visits and are happy to share this space with you and your dogs. If you have questions about your booking of visit please call 541-530-3922. Thank you for choosing the Grace Park Sniffspot!
