A private hiking trail for dogs and their owners 🐾 there will not be any other dogs out on the trail. Our trail is located in Bolton (Waterbury address). It’s is approximately 1 mile up the mountain. There is a Brook that follows the trail most of the way up. The trail starts out with a nice mowed path and leads you into a beautiful canopy of trees as you head into the woods and it quickly turns into a steep uphill hike. We have 135 acres for you to adventure on ! Please follow the signs for the trail head parking - go all the way past the house and you will see a sign on your right.

The backyard of my home is fenced and private; not visible from the road. A great spot to let your reactive dog get the zoomies out or chase a ball. I have a kiddie pool I am happy to fill on request. New to SniffSpot, let me know what I can add to improve my space!

Our Sniffspot is a safe, private place to exercise or train with your dog, or simply let them experience a new place and get a ton of good sniffing in!  The yard is fully fenced with 6' high solid wood panels. There are trees for shade, rocks and obstacles to climb on, toys to play with, and some agility equipment. We also plan to open up our short trail in the woods soon!  *NOTE: We have dogs of our own inside the house and sometimes boarding dogs in the business building. They won't be visible from the Sniffspot yard or outside at all while you're there, but occasionally they may bark and can be heard from in the yard. But we try our best to minimize any barking.  There is a buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet. Dogs must be vaccinated and free of parasites. Please make sure your dog is on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. You must pick up your dog's waste – there is a scooper and trash can for disposal. Questions? New, fully fenced half acre mowed field. Plenty of space for your dog(s) to stretch their legs and get out all their zoomies! Plenty of toys, drinking water and places to investigate! Fence is 4ft high with wooden footboard. Fence is welded metal…..Your dog(s) will be safe and contained. Park located ~1 mile down a dead end dirt road with minimal car traffic and moderate pedestrian traffic. West side of park parallels road with a steep bank and ~15ft separating it. To the South is hayfield and our house is to the North. Our house is ~30ft from North side of park, but fully visible. To the East, enjoy views of Georgia Mountain and Mount Mansfield (in Winter months). Pooper scooper, poop bags, hand sanitizer and receptacle available but please pack in pack out all other trash. We are conveniently located off of Interstate’s 89 and 91, great for travelers who are passing through and whose pups need a break from the car ride! We have 2 lovable dogs who enjoy our fully fenced in front yard. We have 2 shade trees, water available as well as chairs for their humans. We are located in a neighborhood with frequent dog walkers and kids playing.

Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. However we do live in a location which our neighbors dogs can be seen or heard. So if your dog is reactive to other dogs our spot might not be a right fit. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. However, UPS and Fedex do make deliveries so that is something to consider if your dog has issues. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

We are still open for the 2024 season! I have an amazing spacious fully fenced in back yard with a reinforced raised deck that will be perfect for your dog! It is full fenced and has an entrance located on the left hand side for easy access in and out! Your dog will have a great time running in the grass or hanging out in the shade under the deck! Parking is right out front in my driveway. Located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood in Essex Junction.
