I live in a tiny home on the property but am gone a lot for work. Would be nice if others could use the land while I’m not there. I love bringing foster dogs to the property to run around and hang out for a bit. There is a chain link fence and one of my neighbors has a sweet outdoor dog that enjoys company so just FYI.

A 1/3 acre private back yard, fully fenced, with double fencing. Dog pool available (as is, free; cleaned and pre-filled for extra charge). Organic grass and weeds, free of weed-killer chemicals.

UPDATE NOV 2024: We are gearing up for a kitchen remodel and landscape makeover! It is very exciting, but unfortunately it means we will have to close down our SniffSpot for a little while. Here you will find a large grassy area for the pups as well as a covered patio with chairs and a ceiling fan for the humans. The house is in a great neighborhood and backs up to the school yard of Charles Peck Elementary. Generally things are quiet here, but you may hear the occasional dog barking, kid playing, or school bell. If there's a spot open in our driveway, feel free to take it, otherwise you can park on the street in front of our house. Enter through the gate on the right-hand side of the house (pull the string to undo the latch). Help yourselves to our hoses/spigots, basket of toys, pooper scooper, and any ripe fruit off our trees! Note: The yard is not perfect with some patchy spots and lumps/bumps throughout. We recently moved here and are continually working on yard improvements. We have a kiddie pool sand pit with ball pit balls and your dog can dig here wherever there is dirt.We also have balls for you to throw as well as a station to wash your dog off at.

Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

Beautiful private pool/yard in West Sacramento. Equipped with a nice size Cabo ledge for easy entrance / exit to the pool. Comes in handy for older dogs or pups new to swimming.
