55Super clean and great directions!! (:
55Stephanie’s instructions were clear. My friend and I were able to toss the ball from the shade under several beautiful trees while our dog had a blast chasing the ball out on the field. The dogs also had fun sniffing around the trees and bushes. I extended my time because the dogs were having so much fun.
55Nice spot! Directions were clear. We originally walked above the field and there were some stickers / foxtails so we mainly stayed near the bottom of the field. We didn’t see any other people or animals which is great for our reactive pup. Thank you!
55This place is so peaceful & beautiful.🐾🐾❤️
55Beautiful and spacious field!
55⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
55Nice big area. Partially fenced with homes around it, so this would be problematic if your dog doesn't have good recall. Lots of room to run around and sniff. Some cactus, so be careful if your dog doesn't look where they're going.
55My dogs love Stefanie's place. The only problem i had last time was it had a lot of foxtails which ended up in my dog's nose. It is the season for foxtails, so not Stefanie's fault. We will be back, for sure.
55Peaceful place to be with the dogs.❣️
55What a great large area for your dogs to run! If anyone does tracking this would also be a great spot to practice.

Description

"This field is huge! My dogs had an amazing time running around and exploring 😍 There is shade under the trees, and the part that wasn't fenced in wasn't an issue for us. If your dogs don't have solid recall, stick to the fenced side. The whole place is so big, you shouldn't have a problem getting a good amount of walking/running in, without coming too close to the un-fenced side. I walked around for about 2 miles, and I'm guessing my dogs probably did twice that 😆 The host was nice and allowed extra time, because I took a wrong turn coming there and was late to my booked time. We will definitely be back."

The Sniffspot Field is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised access to for the time that you have booked. There is fresh filtered (RO) water and access to toys and Chuckit balls/launchers in this area at all times in addition to the other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional psychological enrichment at no additional cost. Note: Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. There has been, however, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings of other people's dogs and don't say a word, and also return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say to me, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave the field. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, (thank you, Michele) which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of mostly newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. Everyone is welcome including, large groups, highly reactive dogs, special needs dogs- dogs with anxiety, physical handicaps, previous dog park trauma dogs, etc. We love them all and will do our best to make everyone feel welcome! 🐾❤️🐾
