15I truly love the concept behind SniffSpot, especially since the creator understands the value of a private place for your dog to sniff and explore for different reasons. From the reviews on the page, I was hopeful. My experience was far opposite from everyone that reviewed. Initially, I had a great interaction with Minal when I inquired of the specifications; however, leading up to our booking has been VERY confusing and quite rude. The location wasn't as clean, I had to clean up after the last booking. From the interaction, the surprising hidden cost that they did not want to use the app for(even post asked and booked when Minal didn't mention until I confirmed and paid for a booking). The location profile I feel needs to be seriously updated as there are rules and there's hidden fees involved. We didn't receive support as one comment stated for my pup's 1st birthday at all. They barely communicated once the booking took place and didn't give clear responses. Two hours before my booking time, I was asked to bring equipment (hose valve), but that's the extent of any real communication. It honestly felt discouraging for the longest time. I'm glad my family came to help and to alleviate some stress from this experience.

55Absolutely loved being a guest in Minu and Abhi yard. Held my dogs birthday party and everything was perfect! Days prior to our visit, they asked us if we needed anything, chairs, water, etc. When we arrived today, they went above and beyond, with lots of chairs, water bottles, and even a Bluetooth speaker if we wanted to listen to music. I truly recommend them as your host for any dog event, whether it's just play or a birthday party. They made this day amazing. Thank you so much again, Abhi, for everything today! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
