Our large, fenced backyard is a paradise for dogs, offering ample space for running and playing. Located in a quiet neighborhood off Rt 9 in Latham, with plenty of easy street parking. The lush green grass is perfect for rolling around, while providing lots of sunshine! This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.
