Description

We live on a large piece of property surrounded by trees, rolling rocked hills and have a large, beautiful swamp with many trails. We love animals and would love to share our space with others that don't have the opportunity to experience nature with there dogs on a daily basis.

We look forward to sharing our spot with you, your family, friends, and of course your doggos! PARKING: Please park your vehicle in the Sniffspot parking lot PAST the big silver gate. DO NOT PARK in front of the house or dog daycare. LEASHES: Please leash your dogs on weekdays when the dog daycare is open Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm until you are on the trail and when returning to the parking lot if they don’t have reliable recall. "Important: All Prices are in USD" *Please look at the pictures of the main gate before deciding if this spot is secure enough for your dog* *WINTER UPDATES* -Parking now on driveway -Must walk your dog on leash to gate - No water provided during winter months - Gate has clearance for snow, please look at photos to see if your dog would try to escape before booking -Only open occasionally when weather permits The Sniff spot area is located at the back of my property. Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. I just recently set this up as family friends recommended I try it, so please be patient as I improve things to make it more guest friendly. Hope your four legged friends enjoy it as much as my dogs do.

Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. After a heavy rainfall you will want to wear your rubber boots. In the winter be aware of slipping on patches of ice. Trail Update (March 11, 2025) The river is too high to cross due to flooding. Please enjoy the trails on the side of the river you park at. Follow our Facebook (Beaverton Dog Trails) for more regular updates. Trail update (March 17): We have had a lot of snow melting this year. Rubber boots are recommended for the trails. Trail update (March 23): The trails south of the river remain closed due to flooding. Rubber boots are still recommended for the rest of the trails. Enjoy your visit!
