55Nice big yard with tons of room for our Golden Retriever to play fetch. Great location, we will definitely visit again!
55Spacious and clean yard. My dog had a fantastic time. Extra bonus of snacks and drinks for the humans—really nice touch!
55Great space pups loved it we will definitely be back
55We booked this space for a littermate meetup and the pups really enjoyed the space! There was ample room and tons of trees for shade! The host also had waters and snacks inside which was a very nice touch. There was a small weak point in the fence that one of our pups did get out through, but I have notified the host and have no doubt it will be fixed for future guests.
55Amazing place in the city! Our dog had a great time. Very jealous of this back yard.
55Caitrin was very responsive, timely, and informative. Directions were easy to follow. The backyard space & accommodation items were perfect for both my pup and the kids! I highly recommend this wonderful Sniffspot location.
55Had a great time again with my toddler playing with the toys the whole time and dog really enjoying sniffing around! This time brought my tween sister who enjoyed bouncing on the trampoline and playing tetherball with my partner. Really exceptional sniff spot for people with kids!
55The humongous yard with toys and shady patio table was perfect since we have a toddler and a big dog! Will definitely be back!
55Great space and wonderful host! This spot had plenty of room for our pup to run and play safely.
55Doggies had a great time, there was lots of space to run around and everything was well maintained. The snacks and drinks are a nice touch, thank you! The neighbor dog met our dogs at the fence and had a disagreement with one of our pups, but it passed quickly. Overall we had a great visit.

Pig Beach (near Port Ludlow)

A .63 acre dog sanctuary for you and your pup. The yard is well maintained with dog friendly grass and has incredible views of the Hood Canal and Puget Sound. If you're interested, there is private beach access for you and your pup to explore miles of beach (public but almost always empty). There are numerous dog toys available and a massive 6+ person, dog friendly couch you can relax on and watch the canal when you need a break! Regarding the beach, there are approximately 50 steps which you will need to climb up and down to access the beach so please wear proper footwear. As this is on the Hood Canal and not a lake or a pond, tides impact the size of the beach. If you are hoping to walk endless miles of beach, the tide will need to be at 2ft or below. Anything under 4ft will give you a massive area (probably 1/2 mile or more) and almost guaranteed private area as only people with stairs can access the beach at this tide level. Though the beach is open at any point, I think the maximum height you would probably want to go is about 6.5ft. This still gives you and your dog a decent sized area to play in (approximately 500ft by 30ft or 1/2 acre). Photos 16 and 17 show the beach at 6.25ft with a very large sandy area for you and your pup to play in. Anything above 6.5 ft is not recommended as the beach just gets thinner and thinner, but you're able to try if you want. (no refunds given if you don't like what you find). You are responsible for checking out the tides before you go. Legally, I can't recommend any specific source for you to use, but you might find good information Googling "tide chart port ludlow". Regarding ADA Accessibility, my property is on a gently sloping hill. To access it, there are 2 very wide concrete steps to get to the grass. This would be doable for someone on crutches and probably ok for a regular wheelchair if you had a second person to help lower you to each step and pull you up. It's definitely not accessible to a motorized wheelchair. Sorry.
