I have a beautiful and lush yard with lots of space for your puppy to run around and play!

Designed for dogs to splash, play and swim. Large shallow area for splashing or acclimating. Alcoves and underwater benches. Deep area for diving. Lots of amenities, lushly landscaped, lots of sitting areas and areas with shade. Pool toys provided. Water provided for human guests and water bowl for dogs. Hot shower available for rinsing off. Bring your best friend(s) for lots of water fun! NOTE: First two human guests are included in the per-hour fee. Each additional guest must be added as an individual extra. For example, if there are four humans total, add a 3rd Guest extra and a 4th Guest extra.

My backyard is a spacious, dog-friendly area with a large grassy space for pets to play and seating with umbrella on concrete for its owners to relax. It’s ideal for dog owners who want a safe, open environment while enjoying the outdoors with family.

Lots of mid-morning and afternoon shade. big, beautiful backyard is filled with trees and sunshades—a big play area with pet grass surrounded by decomposed granite, with two natural areas and lots of wildflowers during the spring. We are located in a quiet canyon, only 5 miles from Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and the 101 freeway. Rent the fully-fenced JRB K-9 training yard / agility course. In addition, Jesse R. Booker, founder of JRB K-9, is available to offer free training tips during your dog’s play time, if interested. Relax under the shade of our mature oak tree as your dog runs, plays and explores. You’ll also have access to our Wi-Fi and chilled bottled water. We have dog toys and water bowls, all washed and sanitized between guests. You have free use of the agility course to help build your dog’s confidence or for additional mental stimulation. During the summer months, we provide a shallow pool for those water-loving pups. JRB K-9 is a behavioral dog training facility with overnight boarding, so there will be plenty of new smells to stimulate your dog. Dog’s on-site will neither be seen, nor interact with your dog. No training sessions will take place outdoors during your visit. Street parking is available on site and we ask that you pick up after your dog when finished – a trash can is provided. Enter through the front gate and please always make sure the gate is closed and secured after entering, and before your dog is off leash. Thank you!

Please note the pool is not included in the standard price. Fully fenced, 8000 sq feet backyard. To add pool access for dogs or humans click on EXTRAs. It is a flat rate for your visit. If you have a reactive dog, please let me know and I will not come out to greet you.
