Description

-Fully fenced in -Surrounded by wooded area on 3 sides of the property beyond the fence -Calm, quiet setting -Parking available inside or outside fenced area -Sit down and relax in the gazebo -Bathroom available when I'm home (dog(s) must stay outside) -Hose available for water play or a bath -Basketball hoop (must bring ball) -Picnic table -Able to provide light for night visits -Pooper scooper available -I have a dog, 2 cats, 3 roosters and 9 chickens, unfortunately my dog is more of a people lover rather than a lover of other dogs so he will stay inside with the cats during the visit. --The chickens have a coop but may be outside at times so if your dog won't be ok with that just give me a heads up so I can leave them in for the day. -Wifi available upon request -Any questions please feel free to ask

The Newburgh Dog House

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water and bowl/container. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
