Penelo-Bee Lane is a tall fenced-in area spanning more than .25 acres, 190ft in length. Our sweet and social German Shepherd loves to run, play with her toys, splish and splash, and chase soccer balls. We do not have landscaping or lawn decor, so your pet can play worry-free. We also have a second fenced “dog-run” area where our dogs could socialize in a controlled area. We have access to the property next door, so the dogs can run along the opposite sides of the fence which is great if you’d like to sit and get work done while your dog gets exercise. If a more private setting is preferred, we can always keep Penny inside for the duration of the reservation.

Our spacious backyard is ideal for dogs that need to run run run! We have a 5 foot fence and will add more amenities if we get enough guests. We have 2 Bernese mountain dogs that play well with others if you want them to join you! They will be inside the house and may be seen and heard by your dog(s). There are also chickens next door but the fence keeps them on their side. They will be seen and heard.

Booking Available! Fully fenced 5 acre well maintained property. Multiple different options for fenced areas adjustments with cattle gate access/closure. Fences have proven to keep chickens and goats in without issue. We have our chickens and goats in a separate fenced area (see photos) that can be opened up to larger fenced area, the “spot.” The “spot” has a large pond for pet swimming in fenced area- pond does have an aerator to keep water moving, lotus flowers, frogs, fish, etc. The pond is surrounded by rock which transitions to a sand base a few feet into the water. The pond gets quite deep towards the middle. A sprinkler or hose (available for additional cost) can used for pet water play/bathing. Please remember to bring your pets towels and any necessary bathing essentials with you. Bonfire pit (potentially available- weather dependent- for additional cost). We have a large bonfire pit on the property built in rock. There are some larger rocks surrounding the bonfire pit and pond that can be used to sit and relax on. Wood is available on property for bonfires. Relax at the picnic table that overlooks the pond and bonfire pit. Or feel free to bring a foldable chair to find your perfect spot either under one of the many trees on the property or around the bonfire.

Fully fenced yard for your dog to run. We are very close to the river, and it can even be seen from our yard. The yard is beautiful! IMPORTANT: My rescue dog is reactive to other dogs. ALL visits MUST be pre-scheduled, and I will have my dog in the house in her crate during your visit. PARKING: In front of the house, on the street *Please clean up your dog's #2's in the yard. Conveniently located near Rand road and shopping areas, and a few minutes’ drive to downtown Arlington Heights. We have ample off street parking and offer a park-like space. About half of our 3/4 acres is fully fenced in. Hose and electric outlets are outside the fenced area but can easily reach across the fence. We have a designated toilet area for our dog, separate from the fenced area that you would be welcome to use if desired.
