Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD This is a fully fenced yard that is roughly 4500 square feet. Additionally, there is a gate in the centre of the yard that opens to the far back which adds another 4000 square feet of unfenced yard which you are welcome to use if your animal does not need to be in a fully fenced area.

Hazards

There are garden beds along both sides of the fences that we are in the process of removing. Dogs are welcome to run through these but be aware there could be thorns/branches in these areas

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD It is a wonderful place for the zoomies. About 200 feet to run and run and run. Great place for nervous dogs because our neighbors do not have pets. Plenty of birds and squirrels. Several sitting areas. Under the porch you have protection from the rain. There is so many spots of shade from the many trees. A little spot of heaven in a beautiful city.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
