Located at 1553 King St N, St Jacobs ON (near Sawmill Rd corner) In addition to public use, we allow private reservations for dogs who do best without other dogs in the park at the time they are visiting."

PAWZONE TERMS OF USE: Parking while using park: Please park on the shoulder of the road in front the leash free park (on King St-tons of free parking!) The store parking lot has limited space and is reserved for our clients who are often carrying heavy cases of raw food or bags of pet food, and for deliveries to our front door. Thank you 2 Dog Limit – Owners may exercise no more than two dogs per adult by allowing them to run free in the enclosed fenced area. Always keep your dog in sight and within voice range. Dog Supervision No dog can be in the leash free area without their owner - minimum 18 years of age- supervising it at all times. Owner (18+yrs) must be present and in control of dog(s) at all times Age Limit –Children must be under the constant supervision of an adult and are the sole responsibility of the adult. Wear Collar/Harness– All dogs must wear a collar or harness to ensure that the owner may immediately gain control in the event that any issues occur. Collars – Pinch (prong), spike or shock collars are NOT allowed in the play area for the safety of all. Leash - Always carry a leash even in the leash-free area. You never know when you may need it. Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting pawzone. Dogs may not be off leash outside of pawzone. STOOP & SCOOP is mandatory – All owners must clean up after their dogs and place fecal matter in the designated containers. Please be courteous and respectful of this space, it is a privilege, not a right Toys, Food & Glass Containers – Dog treats, dog toys or food (animal or human) are not permitted within the leash free area while other dogs are present. They may cause guarding or territorial issues. Stash the Trash – Leave your leash free area clean, place garbage in the containers provided. Restricted Dogs – Dogs in heat, or dogs who are ill or carrying parasites such as worms or fleas are to be kept out of the area. Aggressive/reactive dogs are only welcome to attend with their own family/safe dogs when there are no other dogs present. Ask us for help if needed to reserve the area to ensure everyone’s safety. Designated Dogs – must comply with all terms of their designation including any leashing or muzzling requirements while other dogs/people are present in the park. Banned Dogs & People – Any person or dog that has been banned from the area shall not enter or remain in the area. Professional Dog Trainers – may not use this facility for the conduct of their business without express permission to reserve the space from the owner of Creature Comfort Pet Emporium. Pets & Animals – No animals other than dogs are permitted in the leash free area. Aggressive behaviour – If a dog or dog owner starts acting aggressively or with dominance towards others (people or dogs) dogs must be leashed and removed immediately from the site/humans will be asked to leave. No dogs are allowed that have previously bitten or injured a person or another animal. Control your Dog – Dogs must be under voice control and are not allowed to disturb or chase people/other dogs nor to destroy or dig up turf or under fencing. Don't let your dog harass other dogs or people or damage the property please. NO SMOKING or VAPING-Smoking/vaping is not permitted within the play area to ensure the health and safety of all. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK PLEASE KEEP BOTH GATES CLOSED AT ALL TIMES Dogs may not be left unattended. No exceptions Dog owners are subject to the Ontario Dog Owner's Liability Act and the Township of Woolwich Animal Control Bylaws Dog owners assume all risks and liabilities related to play area and property usage WARNING: All persons using the Pawzone Play Area use this Area at their own risk. Creature Comfort is not responsible for, and accepts NO liability for, any injuries, loss or damage claimed or suffered by any person or animal related to the access and use of this Area or property, howsoever caused. Failing to comply with any of these regulations may result in being banned from using the Pawzone Play Area
