🐾 Welcome to Olaf's Fully Fenced Yard for Dogs in Stafford! 🐾 Olaf, the friendly peekapoo, is offering you and your furry friends for a tail-wagging experience at our secure and shaded home dog park. We offer drinks and snacks for humans, dog treats for our four-legged guests, and even a hose for water play. Come and enjoy a pawsitively amazing time with us! 🐶🌳🌞

10 PAWS COMMANDMENTS 1. Pet Behavior: All pets must be well-behaved and non-aggressive towards humans and other animals. 2. Leash Policy: Dogs should be kept on a leash at all times when outside of fenced area. 3. Waste Disposal: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste properly. Waste bags should be readily available throughout the property. 4. Noise Control: Owners should ensure that their pets do not create excessive noise or disturb other residents or neighbors. Excessive barking or howling should be avoided, especially during quiet hours. 5. Vaccination and Health: All pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations and free from contagious diseases. Owners may be required to provide proof of vaccination upon request. 6. Supervision: Pets should be supervised at all times to prevent any unwanted incidents or damage to property. 7. Restricted Areas: Will be clearly defined. 8. Respect for Common Areas: Owners should ensure that common areas are kept clean and free from pet hair, odors, or any damage caused by pets. Shed and deck is NOT apart of the dog park for everyone’s safety! 9. Guest Policy: All pets should have reserved time. 1 adult human guest per 2 dogs. 10. Reporting Incidents: Owners should promptly report any incidents, damages, or concerns related to their pets to the property management.
