WE TEMPORARILY HAVE TURNED AVAILABILITY OFF SO WE CAN PLANT GRASS IN THE BARE SPOTS AND ALLOW IT TO GROW FOR THE SPRING. Will most likely only take two weeks so we will be back to full availability soon. Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)

We have a large field that they lounge in the sun with their favorite toy or play some fetch! We are a farm, and we do have animals. And, we have Leo who is a social 3 year old 40lb mini Newfypoo who is willing to come out and play with you, if desired. Fence and driveway were just upgraded last summer, so come play and enjoy! Please note that there are 3 gate entrances (2 more in addition to the one you will enter from the driveway; one along the woods and another on the side of the house). We regularly check to ensure that the gates are latched but please be sure to double check yourself as sometimes we are not home in between visitors. The fence is otherwise secure throughout.

7 Acre Dog Paradise: Flat, Stream, Hills, Woods.

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. If you enjoy our property and would like for your pup to experience it more and need boarding, I board as well! Please find me on Rover and book your pup's stay!

We have a newly paved driveway to park in or street parking, whichever you choose. There are 2 gates to access the yard. The fence is a 6 foot tall privacy fence! We have a newly renovated deck with a nice patio furniture set. I love to garden and always have beautiful flowers on display. We can have a gate set up so dogs can stay in the yard while their humans enjoy the deck. We also have a nice hammock and swing to relax on. Our yard does have hills but can still be easily walked around. The hills are great to tire out your dog while playing fetch and having them run up and down! We have a hose that can be used for water. We are happy to provide dog treats, toys to play with, and doggy bags for clean up. We cannot wait to host you and your pup!
