The property is partially fenced but has a large fully fenced in pen. Forest space with a trail throughout and a large open space for fetch and free roaming. Garbage bin located at end of driveway entrance for pet waste.
Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. After a heavy rainfall you will want to wear your rubber boots. In the winter be aware of slipping on patches of ice. Trail Update (March 11, 2025) The river is too high to cross due to flooding. Please enjoy the trails on the side of the river you park at. Follow our Facebook (Beaverton Dog Trails) for more regular updates. Trail update (March 17): We have had a lot of snow melting this year. Rubber boots are recommended for the trails. Trail update (March 23): The trails south of the river remain closed due to flooding. Rubber boots are still recommended for the rest of the trails. Enjoy your visit! Lights at night can be turned on by plugging in the string of lights on the deck behind the table. Dog toys can be found in a container on the deck. When we are around we provide free amenities on the table of the deck (human and dog snacks, dog bowl, water, poop bags, etc).
