Description

Nestled in a quaint neighborhood west of downtown Syracuse, this conveniently located, fully-fenced dog yard is a favorite among local pups! Your dog(s) can get their zoomies out while you relax under the gazebo or sit at the table. The mature and plentiful trees offer plenty of shade on sunny days. Digging is allowed in specific areas. There are lawn games available, a fire pit and wood for purchase. If you have any questions or special requests, we are flexible in our ability to accommodate! We can’t wait for your visit to our pawsitive pup paradise!

(July 11th-13th Im having a yard sale so weekend is blocked off) Large yard on the corner of Thompson & Sunset. Seating, toys, water, treats and off street parking. Park in my driveway on Sunset by the garage. I do like to greet my guests and quick show you around. There may be people that are walking/riding bikes on the side street. Some may be walking their dog. If your dog is sensitive my spot may not be right for you. I have some summer yard games too if your bring your kids. I do have a pool dogs can swim or you can swim while your dogs play. I work from home most of the time so can be around during the day too.

Buster is a 16 year-old dog who has essentially enjoyed this property with family dogs his entire life. He is the last one and we are at an age now where we probably won't be getting another dog; so, we want others to enjoy the land. Feel free to use the wash stall inside the barn (hot water and hoses are yours to use), there is also an outdoor fountain, water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about a three mile walk / run.

Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Fenced Yard Edition! Our property includes a 2,500 sq. ft. fully fenced-in yard, a larger open field, and a 5-acre trail. The yard includes deck access and seating. There is a large umbrella for shade and rain in the summer. The ground in the yard is pretty flat and mostly grass. The open space in the back is also grass with some trees and bushes. It can get a little muddy during very wet times of the year but there is a hose available. There is a kiddie pool in the yard for your pup to cool down in the summer. We have a small fire pit in the yard if you want to start a fire in cooler weather. There's also a large fire pit on the trail with bench seating and a picnic table. Bring your binoculars if you enjoy birding. We have lots of hummingbirds in the summer and have seen barred owls on the trail. Please let us know if you're interested in having a fire or want to know if the pool is out. We'd be happy to start a fire for you if we're available or ensure the kiddie pool has fresh water. If there are other extras you'd like to see, let us know! We do have this spot set to a 7-hour advance booking - please feel free to message to see if the space is available with less than 7 hours notice. We're usually able to accommodate most requests.
