You’ve found the right place.* Our spot isn’t just land, it’s part of a platinum award-winning dog training resort built to help dogs live their best lives. We’ve successfully transformed the behavior of hundreds of reactive, fearful, and aggressive dogs, and we’re proud to be one of the most trusted training facilities in the region. You’ll have your own private area to enjoy, and if your dog struggles with reactivity, you’re not alone — and you’re not judged. We’re here to help. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to practice calm behavior or you’d like guidance from professionals, we’re here for both. That said, our property is not completely secluded. This is an active dog resort, so it’s likely you’ll see people and other dogs at a distance, especially during the day. Quiet times are generally after 6:00pm. Out of respect for our neighbors, excessive, uncontrolled barking isn't permitted — but if that’s something you’re currently struggling with, don’t worry. That’s exactly what we specialize in fixing. **if you own a dog care or dog walking business and want to book our space for over 3 dogs, you have to contact us separately due to insurance and safety requirements. We do plenty of business with other dog businesses but we cannot do that here on this platform** Because we’re not as secluded as other Sniffspots, if your dog is constantly reactive, or aggressive and you're not looking to train or improve their behavior, then this may not be the right spot for you. But if you’re ready to work on things, even just a little, we’d love to support you. We have training bolt ons you can add to your booking for training or learning to swim. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — we genuinely want to help. PUBLIC TOILET JUST ADDED - Trailer based toilet next to our patio area. **IMPORTANT** Your booking includes either Area 2 or Area 3 (depending on the size of your dog and which you prefer) If you want to use Area 1, 5 or 6 (our pool areas), please select the relevant extra. Then your booking switch from Area 2/3 to Area 1, 5 or 6. If you want to book Area 3 or 2 in addition to your pool spot (area 1, 5 or 6), please create a new booking without any extra marked so you can then enjoy pool time plus off leash area 2 or 3 to dry off. We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a competition spec Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Area 1 - $30/half hour & $45 for 1 hour Area 2 & Area 3 - $10/half hour & $15 for 1 hour. Area 5 - $25/half hour & $40 for 1 hour Area 6 - $20/half hour & $33 for 1 hour. Area 2, and 3 (Dry areas) include up to 3 dogs. Pool areas (1, 5 and 6) include up to 2 dogs. Please select that additional dog extra if bringing more than the specified dogs. Must have 1 adult per 3 dogs. Training bolt on - add an award winning trainer to your booking - $60 for 30 minutes

Extras

30 min training bolt-on$60

Have a professional dog trainer join you in your swim session to teach your fearful dog on how to swim, as well as teach you how to keep the training going! A life jacket is highly recommended, or you can rent one. A trainer can also join your private area session (Area 2 or 3) to help teach agility, recall, counter conditioning for reactive dogs etc.

Dock Diving Pool (60 mins)$45

45ft x 21 ft competition spec, heated and ionizing pool with it's own sprint and jump dock. Great for dogs that are very comfortable with water and ready to take their skills to an advanced human friendly too! If your dog is jumping for the first time and or they may be a little unsure you ARE expected to be in the water with your dog from a training point of view, to help teach your dog how to jump and swim.

Do NOT approach fenced IN USE areas or meet dogs on leash that you do not know when traveling to your own designated private area. The price of $6 includes Area's 2 and 3 (sign posted) if you wish to use the pool areas please select the extras section or download our app "Doggo Den" and make a reservation under training, then chose which Area you would like. Please keep barking to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.

Also there is a tap near the gate that you can fill your dogs bowl incase your dog/dogs get thirsty. We have provided a tote full of toys and balls that your dog/dogs can play with. Plus the backyard has lots of different things that will be exciting for your dog/dogs to experience. There is an extra that you can select when booking your time slot called treats and if you select that extra then we will hide treats for your arrival! This is my ode to him and the importance of a place to run, sniff, play, and just be a dog! Upon arrival there will be a welcome box waiting for you with a leash, poo bags, toys, water dish, treats, and a water hose and towel for use during your visit! There is plenty of shade and a table and chairs for your leisure. You will find a metal trash can at the gate for your poo bags and any other trash you may have. The arena is 8450sq ft of sand, fully fenced and located on a horse farm. There is a separate entrance near the parking lot for easy arrival and great for dogs who do not like to see other animals/people. Reactive dogs can be accommodated and are welcome - we know they need play time too! Pooper scooper/pitchfork and trash can are provided, please clean up after yourself and your dog. We ask that you do not let them excessively dig in the footing - a rake has been provided if needed. There may be jumps, large balls and dog toys in the arena which you are welcome to use. Dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting and at all times when outside of the arena. **During the summer months the large arena door is open for airflow, it is gated and most large dogs can not sneak out. If you have a small dog or an escape artist please feel free to pull it closed. Alternatively let us know before your arrival and we can close it for your visit.**

The Pipeline. 6 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park outside Komoka/Poplar Hill

Welcome to "The Pipeline", a field, bush and forested area with a stream, pond and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter and through the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay to the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow along, or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes, so have to watch for that.

Fully Fenced but a small portion is wire fencing (used to be electric fencing but no charge in them now), so might not be appropriate for some small dogs who tend to escape. There is a picture showing that fencing. ☀️ On those hotter days, take advantage of our mostly shaded trails… or if you just need that extra adventure. Follow the beautiful manicured trail that wraps around our fields. Ten minutes will get you to the opening of our picturesque gully trail. Gully… so yes that means a hill… but it is gradual. The scenery and the sounds of nature make it so worthwhile. And if your dog loves water, there is the stream to cool off in. 💦 For best trail stay on same side of bridge. (Don’t cross over) ENJOY! 😊
