Fully Fenced Yard with Grass and Pool near Swan and River

Private, central spot for your dogs to play, with lots of room to roam and chase their favorite ball! It has a small grassy area which is dormant in the winter and healthy and green in the summer. The swimming pool is available in the summer (and is nicely shaded with a shade sail - pictures will be updated in the summer), but is not heated or kept fully clean in the winter, though the filter runs daily. Our yard is located in a quiet neighborhood off of Catalina highway. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Catalina mountains while your dog enjoys sniffing the plants and a dip in the pool. The pool area has two loungers, patio table / chairs for the humans and clean towels for both human and canine. Plenty of bushes and a large rocky area for your dog to do their business or play with their toys on the land. Also available is a partially shaded enclosed area to enjoy on warmer days. Off street parking is available (room for one car) located on the southwest corner of the house, with a cleared desert path leading to a private entrance.

This spot is just under 1 acre of fully fenced natural desert lanscape. There is plenty of open space as well as creosotes for the pups to sniff. Shade tree around, along with a small grass patch. Porch area has seating and watering bowls for pups as well as dog beds and toys.
