Description

Secluded, safe and fenced all around yard of a private guesthouse accessed from an alley, so it is off of any main thoroughfare and residential streets. One parking spot will often be available inside the fenced yard if needed. Other ample parking is very close by and does not require permits, and is free of daily/ hourly parking restrictions. All parking is free.

Fully Fenced Yard with Grass and Pool near Swan and River

Private, central spot for your dogs to play, with lots of room to roam and chase their favorite ball! It has a small grassy area which is dormant in the winter and healthy and green in the summer. The swimming pool is available in the summer (and is nicely shaded with a shade sail - pictures will be updated in the summer), but is not heated or kept fully clean in the winter, though the filter runs daily. Please do not let your dog dig. Have fun!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
