We have about an acre fully fenced and another little bit of wilderness in the back. There's tall trees for shade/sniffing and a big open field in the middle. My dog is reactive and this yard has been a great space for him to run free and we'd love to share it to give other dogs a chance to have a safe space to run too :)
We reserve the right to cancel reservations if less than 2 dogs. $40 for the 1st dog, each additional dog is $20/hr. We have a Heated/Cooled 7,500sq/ft facility with bathrooms.
Fenced in yard, with artificial pet safe turf! This means there is never any mud! If your dog is anything like ours, there is no mulch for them to eat either! *If your dog digs, there is no place for them here! Sorry!*
Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️
Welcome to your pup’s new favorite spot! This fully fenced-in yard is perfect for small and large pups alike. You’re welcome to off-leash your dog in the Sniffspot, of course! We also have poop bags, water bowls and clean water, and plenty of toys we rotate out on a regular basis. We also offer Sniffpass monthly memberships, which allow you to visit our spot at a discount. Rent your own private dog park in Downtown Cleveland. Includes an indoor, climate controlled area* and an outdoor area. Located at Cleveland’s newest dog attraction, Bark Boarding! If you’d like to rent our adjacent space with a swimming pool, please contact us to make arrangements. The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it will be kept set around 55-60. * We use a chlorine based cleaner between each visit to keep our guests as safe as possible. This is less harsh than other options while being just as effective, food safe, and contact safe for pups and companions. The result is the area may smell like an indoor pool. Some guests may be sensitive to this smell.

Completely fenced in backyard with a 6ft privacy fence. We have a 3.5 yr old shepherd mix. His name is Bailey and he plays well with other dogs. The gate is on the right side of the house near the garage. Thank you for checking out our page.
** WINTER Months- please feel free to message anytime about Trail and Lake conditions before booking or day of reservation. It is extremely important around lake when iced over that you dog stay with you, leash around lake trail for safety if they will run ahead. Also you may need to park at gate and walk in if you do not have 4x4 ** * please check messages, I send out first timers info msgs and other information msgs that you may need to know* Dog paradise! Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We have a small farmyard with ducks, chickens and pigs. They are fenced in their own area. Main trail in woods comes out behind the farm. If you are unsure of how dogs will react please leash while passing to ensure safety of all. We hope you and your dog(s) have the best time and enjoy 🐾 Hours- because of the way the property is set up we can only regularly open certain times. Regular hours M-F 8am-2pm Saturdays- will be open as we are able to, it will be sporadic as we typically are out working on property or with our dogs on weekends. 😀 thanks!
