Description

Approx 3.5 acres of land on our property, with our house sandwiched in the middle. Please park along the split rail fence next to the house or in front of the garage. Then walk down the small hill and through some woods along some trails and find a little stream/offshoot of the wetlands that span across VT 15, or enjoy some play time in the open field. You may spot some rabbits, deer or turkeys in the woods while you’re exploring! Feel free to make your own trail walking through the woods - there’s a path at the beginning and then it’s fairly free rein. Feel free to message with questions during your explore time. Beware of ticks, etc during summer months. Enjoy!

Park located ~1 mile down a dead end dirt road with minimal car traffic and moderate pedestrian traffic. West side of park parallels road with a steep bank and ~15ft separating it. To the South is hayfield and our house is to the North. Our house is ~30ft from North side of park, but fully visible. To the East, enjoy views of Georgia Mountain and Mount Mansfield (in Winter months). Pooper scooper, poop bags, hand sanitizer and receptacle available but please pack in pack out all other trash. We enjoy pups, having a pair of our own, they will be kept inside during your visit. The field is brush mowed, only one gate entrance (left corner looking from barn), bench and refuse bin provided.
