Description

Fully fenced flat yard with code box so you can let yourself in and enjoy the space with no contact. Lots of fruit trees that you are welcome to pick from during the summer season and a nice table with chairs to sit while your dog explores. The fence is very secure and there are lots of different plants and bushes for your dog to sniff as well as open areas for playing with a ball or for dogs to play with each other. Parking is free and readily available with plenty of space as the house is a corner lot. A great place to spend an hour or the afternoon!

Hazards

There are a few rose bushes along the side yard area. Also some of the footing on the left back corner of the property is uneven - the rest of the property is fully flat.

A beautiful fenced-in 5 acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas of short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park (near the empty barn) and there are several shady spots around property. I have a dog bowl, some treats and a few balls but also acquiring some more toys. My WiFi extends to a few areas outside the house but cell reception is fine here.
