Fully fenced in yard with 6 foot privacy fence, hose available to fill water bowl, poop bag dispenser and trash can outside. Table and chairs with umbrella for extra shade. Yard kept very clean, grass always mowed and weedwhacked

In the back yard there are two areas for use to separation if have multiple dogs. All family is welcomed inside the pool. Only shower outside to rinse please No restroom , and only sometimes if I am home.

Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras".

We conveniently have off street parking and a fully fenced yard. Large yard 6ft fence fully gated. There are 3 gates to enter 1 on both sides of the house and 1 in the back to access the hill there are chairs, a hammock, and a swing you can use. There’s a splash pad as well! Dog toys can be used that are there. Noted- we do have cameras on the property.
