Welcome to our peaceful 7-acre property—perfect for dogs who love to run, sniff, and explore! The front of the property features wide-open rolling hills with plenty of space to roam, while the backyard offers a fully fenced area ideal for off-leash play, training, or dogs who need a secure space. One of our neighbors is home to friendly farm animals, so dogs should be supervised and leashed in that area if they are reactive or have a strong prey drive. However, we find that many dogs thoroughly enjoy racing the horses or donkeys down the fence line :) The fully fenced backyard is separated and provides a safe, enclosed option for worry-free playtime. This spot is great for: Dogs who love wide-open space and new scents Training sessions or decompression walks Multiple dogs from the same household Owners looking for a calm, private alternative to dog parks We do our best to keep the space clean, quiet, and welcoming. We would like to welcome you to a 2 acre, fully fenced dog yard that is on a hillside. The fence is 4 ft tall all the way around and safe for dogs, big and small. It's a natural space for the dogs to run, dig, sniff, or just sunbathe. It can be a bit steep in some areas and the Josephine road can be tricky when the weather gets icy. Bring a chair or wander through the trees and let your dog explore. The area is part forest and if you follow the top fence, it will take you over to a small, open field. We plan on keeping it natural so the dogs can enjoy the untouched habitat.
