Pool add on when above 70 degrees ☀️ 🐶🐾🎾 🌳 Welcome! We have 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. ☀️Summer Holidays are OPEN for bookings! 💦 🎇 🌳 🇺🇸 We have a fully fenced front & back yard with gates to separate both! 🐾 The view is beautiful & backs up to acres of scenic land. 🌳🏡 The sunsets 🌅 from our back yard are second to none!! 🫶We have tennis balls, frisbees, throwers, 💩 bags, Pet First Aid Kit, Bug Spray, Sunscreen, hose & water bowl for your use :)🐶🎾🏡❤️☀️ Half bathroom & rest/snack nook inside back garage available 🚽 via side🚪 door. If your Pup likes to swim - be sure to add on our in ground pool! 💦

HOST NOTE

During Spring/Rainy Season water/puddle/soft ground is normal in the far back of yard corners and along fencing lines as our downspouts drain there to naturally flow water. If your Pup should find those spots there is a hose you can use to wash their feet off along with Dog soap. 98% of our yard is dry/clear & rain water runs off nicely & naturally with the gradual slope of the land. But just want to make you aware incase your Pup can find a needle in a haystack like 2 of my 3 can! 😅🤪 Inground pool is in its own separated fenced area. Depth slopes down to 8 feet deep. OPEN all Summer Holidays too! 🇺🇸 Reserve your 3 hour time slot w/ 1 dog regardless of how many dogs will be visiting. (That rental is $10/hour). You can then choose this add-on to have up to 10 humans/dog combination for a pool party! 💦 The entire pool area & dog park is yours for 3 hours! 🌳 * No alcohol permitted.

Second hour of inground pool$20

You can add a second hour of pool rental to your visit! (Sniffspot reservation must be same length as total pool rental. The first hour is $25 and the second hour is an additional add on for $20 making the total pool rental $45 for two hours plus the sniffspot reservation cost) Feel free to bring a picnic lunch or order delivery thru doordash and use our deck/tables/chairs. **1/2 bathroom available inside back yard detached garage for changing/restroom.

Twilight Swim$85

✨⭐️NIGHT 💫SWIM 💦 up to 8 Human/Dog combination. 10pm-12am WEEKENDs only. (Message me first so I can extend the booking hours as our dog park closes at 930pm otherwise) You can book your time slot for 1 Dog regardless of how many Dogs will be here (That is $10 hour) & then ADD this on to enjoy a swim under the stars! ⭐️ Our pool area is lit. 💡 NO alcohol permitted during OR requested before your visit (in excess) as our pool goes up to 8 feet deep. Safety first! ☺️

Additional rules

Please try to arrive & leave as close to your designated time as possible. A few minutes early is fine but keep in mind we have 30 minutes between guests on busy days (Summer Season with the Pool especially) & sometimes it’s inevitable to run a few minutes late trying to head out, especially if your Pup doesn’t want to leave (🥹💦🎾) & we like to go out between visits to check chemicals, tidy the space if needed so it’s ready for our next guest plus let our own 3 Pups out to potty. Therefore if you’re 20 minutes early and the last guest is running 5–10 minutes late it doesn’t leave enough time. We want to give each guest the best experience! Thank you for understanding. Please pickup after your Pups 💩- bags provided at the welcome stand. 🚩 If you add the pool 💦 to your visit please still park in the back dog park & once you are ready to swim please leash your Pup while walking into the pool area from the back yard. Our front gate remains open during your stay unless you request to a front yard sniff visit so once you leave the back yard dog park gate your Pup will need to be in your control to walk to the pool fenced area. 🚩

My name is Sarah - my husbands name is Brian - & we are the proud parents to 3 Furr boys- Biscuit, Buddy & Stubbs. 🐶🐶🐶 (We have 4 human kiddos too! Three of them are teenagers and a surprise baby who is now 5!) We moved to the “country” from the “city” a few years ago and it’s been a dream come true! We longed for privacy and space to enjoy being home with our family. So thankful we can share a small piece of comfort & enjoyment with more furry friends & their humans! ❤️🐶🙏💦🌳 ☀️ 🌅 🤗

A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in fall of 2025. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. Please note* -this is our personal yard/home and active farm that we’re constantly working on as the property was built in 1801. I am not a professional/commercial dog park and do it for the joy that I can share with other pets/owners and the extra income since managing a property this large is expensive. -Please have patience, respect and kindness for me as I will for you too :) At times we may need to leave out of the front yard but will not enter the sniff zone for your booking. - we do have dogs of our own so if you get near the garage or house, they will bark but won’t be visible. - We may need to enter/leave the house during your booking but will only do so through the front yard. We will never enter the fenced sniff spot during your reservation but you may see/hear us in the front yard if we need to leave. I have a water bowl, toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. Happy to accommodate, please let me know if you have any questions!
