55Me and my dogs, Colt and Barney love Joel’s yard. It is convenient to get to, despite the rain and snow melt, the yard is dry. Colt (16 years old) loves to zoom and there is plenty of room, and no I can never tag himπŸ€—πŸΆ. Barney (12 years old) loves to sniffs and I make sure he runs the perimeter of the yard a couple of times and then enjoys the rest of his visit sniffing and rolling in the grassπŸ€—πŸΆ.Nice neighborhood, great space for the dogs, trash can available for doggie bags.Joel has water for the dogs in the summer but you may want to bring water and a bowl in the winter because of the colder temps. Joel’s is just an overall joy for Colt and Barney and when they come home they are OUT!!!!

There are small neighbor dogs sometimes in the yards to the south and east of my yard. Both of these yards are hidden by 6 ft. tall wood privacy fencing. If they’re out, the neighbor dogs will often bark but usually the owners will bring them back in the house after a few minutes if they bark too much. There are no animals in yard to the north.

Description

This yard is in a family friendly quiet neighborhood in west Warren just south of I-696. The yard is a rectangular open space, there’s a small decorative rock garden in the corner but not much else - no trees or bushes. The single car driveway leads into the backyard. Additionally there is a small cement patio against the back of the house.

Hazards

There two areas that contain mulch. One area is along the back of my house and the other is in the northeast corner where the rock garden is. Additionally the ground is slightly uneven and bumpy in few places.
