I am a geologist who loves dogs! I live close to but not on the sniffspot property. I bought this acre of open space near the Grand Canyon to develop into a dog park. The land is available for use now, but fencing has yet to be installed. Water for dogs, two chairs and disposal container for your pets Water available.
Tons of running space with the feel of the forest without being in the forest and a chance for the dog to run off and not come back! We are tucked in a VERY quiet neighborhood where others properties are fenced. The property is vacant with no home on it yet at the moment, there maybe times we are there working on the foundation to start the build process. Please message me ahead so I can Inform you if there will be any loud trucks or noises but as of now just framing the foundation.
Claire’s Country Pet Care Private Dog Park Located just 20 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, our fully fenced, two-acre property offers a safe, private, and structured space for dogs to run, play, and explore off-leash. This reservation-only facility provides a clean and stress-free alternative to crowded public dog parks. Rules and Guidelines • Digging: Allowed in the back pasture only. Digging is not permitted in the front, near fencing, or by the solar panels due to water lines and property maintenance. • Tenant Respect: There is a tiny home on the property with a tenant. Please do not allow dogs near his home, deck, or vehicle. • Security: The property is monitored by security cameras to ensure safety, but this does not impact your privacy. • Barking: Some barking is expected, but excessive or uncontrolled barking should be minimized out of respect for neighbors. • Pet Supervision: Dogs must be well-managed off-leash. Owners should maintain control at all times. • Cleanup: Owners must pick up after their dogs. Waste bags are provided. • Restroom Access: No indoor restroom is available, but a gas station is nearby if needed. • Dog Registration: All visitors must provide an updated photo and breed information before arrival. Upcoming Improvements We’re excited to share that we are working on upgrading our amenities, including new play equipment and expanded features to enhance the experience for both dogs and their owners. While our current setup is simple, we’re actively making improvements and will share updates as we go. Pricing and Continued Access To ensure a respectful and responsible environment, the first visit is set at a higher rate. If you and your dog are a good fit for our space, we can adjust rates for future visits. This private dog park is ideal for well-mannered dogs who need a safe space to run, play, and enjoy the outdoors. Book your visit today.
