Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Welcome to this hidden rural getaway for you and your Furbaby! There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. Enter through our front gate to access our fully fenced back yard! This is a great space for a quick energy release! We have a splash pad, kiddie pool, flirt pole, tether tug and other toys in our bin available for use. We have plenty of bags to pick up your dogs droppings which can be disposed of in our trash can near the road. On street parking. Small creek that runs in the back and is accessible through the back gate. We work from home and are available for questions! We have 2 dogs and 3 cats of our own, so yes, you will hear our dogs barking when they know you are here, however, they will not be outside with you.
