Nestled on 10 acres of yard and woods, your dog will have ample room to run, play, and explore. For the adventurous pups, there’s a scenic hiking trail through the woods, offering over 3.4 miles of shaded paths perfect for hot days. If you’re seeking a more secluded experience, we also have a fully fenced-in 436,000 square foot pasture. With advance notice, we can clear the pasture of feathered friends, providing an uninterrupted space for your dog to roam freely. Just a short 2-minute drive from the beach, our farm is the perfect retreat for dogs and their families looking for fresh air and wide-open spaces!

This is a beautiful spot. We just moved into specifically for the fence yard for our dogs. We’re not always there so we would love other dogs to enjoy it. Eventually there will be chairs and other things there but as of now there is a porch the area fenced in And their shade and the grass will be cut. There’s somebody spots, but the views are gorgeous all the way around and there’s restaurants and the gas station in town is not far or bike riding trails into town to the dock and the marina

We have been overwhelmed at the support our spot has been given by so many wonderful dogs and their humans. Currently, we are facing some unforeseen circumstances and hard decisions have had to be made. If your dogs are into water sports, you've found the right place: There is a sloping bulkhead that eases into the water, 2-3 feet deep at the edge. PLEASE NOTE: Humans are not allowed in the lake, per Norfolk regs. The picturesque Wiseacre Estate has been an Airbnb for 10+ years, and now is also a private, peaceful retreat for your beloved doggies. * Hose and water bowl on-premises.
