Quiet .7 Acre, Fully Fenced, Private Yard In Elgin

Our spot is on a large corner lot on a dead-end street in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. We have one nextdoor neighbor who has no pets, and we have large privacy trees between us. The yard is shaded with established trees, and roughly three quarters of an acre are fenced in with a ranch style wooden fence (the lowest rung is 6 inches above the ground, so our spot is not suitable for tiny dogs who might want to run underneath). The yard is not close to the road, but people occasionally walk by and are visible. We have lots of squirrels and chipmunks to chase. It's a great spot for reactive dogs who need to run or nap in a sun-dappled space and don't do well at a traditional social dog park. We have a large vegetable garden and do not use pesticides in the yard to protect our pollinator friends. Our cozy deck is available with comfortable seating, tables, and wifi. I work from home and am often around if you happen to need anything. We do have a rescued 7 year old pup on the premises, but he will stay inside and away from windows. This fully fenced in 0.25 acre yard is attached to our Dog Training studio in Hoffman Estates. It is available for use when we're closed. It is only available after 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You and your dog(s) will be the only ones on property during your reservation. The yard is well lit for night trips!

Our spacious backyard is ideal for dogs that need to run run run! We have a 5 foot fence and will add more amenities if we get enough guests. We have 2 Bernese mountain dogs that will be inside the house and may be seen and heard by your dog(s). There are also chickens next door but the fence keeps them on their side. They will be seen and heard.
