This is one of the highest elevations in Rockingham County, once called Summit Ridge, and former site of Frank Mebane's hunting lodge, Leather Hinge. I use it for dog sports such as Toss and Fetch (disc). It is ideal for throwing a ball, a disc, or just letting your dog run. There is a shed in this area that has chairs, toys, etc. for guests. There is an agility field, available by special permission only, for those with prior agility experience. See extras.

It's a 56acre partially fenced farm. We have 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 3 cats who live here. They have access to inside so cats will be safe from visiting dogs. We plan to ad a dog course and play zone and a swimming area soon.
