55Fun spot, amazing to have it so close to home! Would only recommend it for dogs with excellent recall: trails go past other people’s backyards, and toward the end our dog spotted and went to chase a deer (no issues because we can recall). Overall, a beautiful day in the sunshine and had our girl smiling from floppy ear to ear
55This was a great place to bring my dogs to let them walk around trails off leash and swim in the water. A note to anyone who has reactive dogs or dogs that don’t have good recall, the property is not fenced in and people can enter the trail from many access points so even though you are technically the only one booked, other people/dogs from the neighborhood could show up. This didn’t happen while we were there but it’s a possibility.
55Loved the trail in the back end of the property!
35Shelby's property was lovely, easy to access, and very close to a creek which my dog enjoyed quite a bit. While Shelby made a note that neighbors and occasionally other dogs may frequent the trails as well, during our visit several 4-wheelers came through the property and on the trail that we had just finished using to get to the creek, which was frightening and unsafe for my dog who luckily I was able to leash quickly. While there is a note that this property is accessed by neighbors, it wasn't clear that it was also accessed by motorized vehicles and I wish that had been stated up front as this forced an unsafe and unexpected encounter.

We have 8 goats and 1 cow on our property the goats are typically not visible as they are behind our barn. Our cow is kept in the bottom pasture and is most of the time visible but is very friendly and loves visitors.

Description

10.5 acre farm in Bensalem pa along the neshaminy creek. We have a barn with 7 goats and 1 cow All dogs are welcome to utilize the trail and creek. Our property is partially fenced in but lots of space to run. Creek is perfect for the dogs to take a dip and trail is walkable. Excited to share our beautiful property with you and your four legged babies 🫶🏻
