This property is a fully operational chestnut farm that doubles as a dog park in the off season. The property includes a fully enclosed 7 acre lot as well as some wooded area with a creek outside of the fenced-in area that you're welcome to explore as well!

The Woodland Bluffs. 30 acres private land off big river. Start you and your furry friends journey down the trail where you can see different shelves off the bluff. Don’t worry the trail is rocky but wide enough for a tractor. As you come to the bottom of the trail it flattens out with beautiful trees that stretch all the way to the river banks. The river changes this area frequently as it usually floods with heavy rains, so your second trip could be a whole new adventure. The bluff blocks the area at the bottom so it’s just you, your furry friend, trees and a river. Small cave is somewhere on the property. Grass is not maintained. Sometimes it will be long and sometimes not. Some Fourwheeler trails are found throughout the bottom flat area. Lots of large rocks and downed trees make this a great training area. The river may be up or down. The lower flat area does not typically flood unless there is flash flooding going on. If you’re concerned about this for your trip just reach out. We can let you know how the river is looking. Once you head down the trail the house and road will not be visible. Across the river the banks are fairly high, they do have cows on that side of the river. You may hear or see them from time to time. The hike down is rocky and the hike back up is fairly steep, but the views are worth it and change with every season. Hope to see your adventure pictures soon. Thanks for visiting.

Fully fenced semi private back yard in the middle of Belleville. Easiest access is from the alley way between N 40th and N41st st, and park along the white vinyl fencing. I am a dog lover currently without a dog. So someone’s pupper should take advantage of the fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. Come over, let your furry baby run around and go home tuckered out. Lots to explore and plenty of space to get the zoomies. Half grass half wild growth. We have a dog, so there are some toys in the yard as well as some scents of him. The wild growth area has lots of scents to explore. The growth covers the view of the fence, but it is there. Ok for dogs, but humans should be cautious.
