You can hike on designated trails, on mowed fields or use the ponds for water training for hours with your pup(s). Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Please exit the farm by the farmhouse and only go straight (do not cross traffic as you exit). Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. You will likely have the property entirely to yourself. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

Open & fresh air & has a lovely view. Completely doggy fenced. Wood with wire. The yard has a slope as it is on a hill although quite a bit of it is flat. Come check us out if you like peace, tranquility & and a zen atmosphere despite being right off of Route 7.

Mostly wooded, very private with almost 7 miles of trails. $20.00, each additional dog $5.00. Limit of four people per dog. Message me if you want to bring more than four people per dog. Please ensure your pup has good recall. We have plenty of parking. We have two picnic tables in the shade. Please don't use Apple maps for directions, it doesn't take you to the driveway entrance. Waze and Google Maps will send you to the house.

Acres of fun

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

Fresh water is put out frequently (as long as I'm in town). FREE doggie swimming pool Mondays through the Fridays in the summer months. My yard is best for dogs that are NOT reactive. I have neighbors who use their back yards and have pets and children!
