55Welcoming hosts and a perfect spot for dogs to run around! Our pups enjoyed seeing the other animals (all secured and calm when we arrived).
55This is a great Sniffspot! My dog loved it and we loved how much there was to see and do here!
55Oh. My. God. Doggy wonderland, that's Nickys urban farm. So much room, my 5 dogs had plenty of space. They loved the goats and chickens who were so passive and used to their barking and nonsense. We will be back, no doubt!!
55really cool space! my dogs didnโ€™t mind the farm animals at all, they just liked to look. would definitely come back here, great area for dogs to run around in. got a few mosquito bites so bring some bug spray!
55Great yard, loved the goats and chickens, plus picnic table/gazebo plus fire pit were inviting. Our dogs sniffed (๐Ÿคฃ) at the water features but it looked great if your dog were into that!
55This place was super cute, the host even personalized a welcome sign with my name. My dog thoroughly enjoyed being able to interact with the goats and chickens too. She is now one tired pup!!
55Amazing space, the host is very sweet, kind and generous. You get to see farm animals and play with your dog at the same time. Definitely recommend for a bit of exercise, a group of friends with dogs or a family picnic.
55Nicky's Urban Farm is a standout Sniffspot! This charming little farm in the city offers a unique experience for my dogs, who love watching the goats, playing in the baby pool, and exploring the spacious yard. Nicky is fantasticโ€”very communicative and welcoming. The goats and chickens add a peaceful, farm-like atmosphere, and there's a lovely farmhouse table, string lights, and a fire pit. Parking and access are easy, making it a convenient and delightful place to visit. Highly recommend it for a fun city escape with your dogs!
55๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ โ–ช๏ธ ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป โ–ช๏ธ ๐Ÿ”Ÿ We had the best time! I kept my pup on a long 20 ft leash to avoid certain areas I couldnโ€™t easily access and to prevent any chicken/rooster casualties. There was SO much for ๐Ÿถ to explore. The goats were amazing, and the roosters/chickens kept my ๐Ÿ• more than occupied. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much, Nicky, for being so communicative and accommodating!
55We loved visiting Nicky's farm! The fences were secure all around and the dogs did great with the animals. The train went by a few times, and around the end of our visit some folks walked by the entrance but I redirected my dogs quickly. It's such a unique place and I appreciated Nicky's communication with us in planning a people-free visit for our not-always-friendly dog. They had so much fun playing and we enjoyed looking at the goats and chickens :) Your standard farm items around, so if you have a dog that may be into eating random stuff, take some caution or use a long line but otherwise a really great space!!!

Notice: We are closing the spot on May 23rd for maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. Grass and rain: Please keep in mind that during moderate to heavy rains the area without mulch can get muddy. Beginning May of 2024, we will post pictures daily to our Instagram account showing the condition of the spot. As you can imagine, due to the wear and tear the spot gets, itโ€™s difficult to keep the grass alive. However, we do our best to reseed during the spring. BarkPark sits right across the street from The Salvation Army Freedom Center. This spot is fully fenced (chain link and wood) with the side facing the sidewalk being 5ft and the rest of the fence being 6ft. There is a dual-gate entrance to the spot for a safe entry and exit. Street parking is available. There is plenty of seating at this spot with shade throughout the day. There's a rain barrel filled with water for dogs to hydrate and cool down. We have water bowls available. GIANT sandbox that's great for digging and playing; no digging elsewhere please. On hot days, we do our best to keep the sand wet. Trash can onsite. We have poop bags available in two different areas for easy access. Half of this spot is covered with grass and the other half with playground mulch. This spot is big enough to get a good fetch session in or to just let the zoomies out. We also recently added agility equipment. We hope you and your four-legged friend/s have an exceptional time during your visit and choose to come back. Lost toys and items: Due to the amount of visits we get we arenโ€™t able to track which items belong to which guest. If youโ€™ve lost a dog toy or other item, please reach out and weโ€™ll do our best to retrieve it and hold it for you. If you donโ€™t reach out, weโ€™ll hold onto it for a week and then add it to the Lost and Found Toy Box. Water: The dog drinking water gets changed 1-2 times per week, depending on the temperature/usage. During the winter months we empty the water barrel. If your dog/s require water during the winter months, we ask that you please bring your own. Food: Youโ€™re welcomed to bring food but we ask that you please clean up as a courtesy to other guests. Future additions: We hope to add more amenities over time. Our plans are to add more sand to the sandbox in late April or early May of 2024. Weโ€™re also hoping to have on-site parking around mid summer of 2024. If you have any suggestions for amenities, weโ€™d love to hear your feedback.
