Full fenced in yard with off street parking. I have a few shade spots in the yard for the warmer months. All dogs that come to my yard leave tired and very happy.

My name is Annie and I have lived in the Skippack area for 12 years. I love my yard and guest that come over tell me how beautiful it is and wished they had the same. This is a perfect yard for a dog or 2 to run around and have a great time! I do have an indoor/outdoor cat. So I would like to make sure he's not outside when you arrive.

Wood chips added! It was muddy but we fixed that. Welcome! We (humans and dogs) will stay inside to give you your privacy and serenity. An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years. Please consider us as this helps us afford my 16-year-old daughter's Team USA Luge/Olympic Training Center/ORDA fees as she trains towards the Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games!
