Description

Stillwater Mini Ranch 🖼️ Welcome to our beautiful 18 acre homestead in Covington, OH. We love pups as much as you do! The farm has a 5 acre field, 10+ acres of woods with trails, a large healthy swimming pond, and 2000ft of river access. There are fresh water spigots available for use by the field and the barn. (*Add extra for fishing) Feel free to bring fishing gear and fish while you're here 🎣. Pond has largemouth bass, crappie, carp, and bluegill. Catch and release only please. (*Add extra for fishing) We hope you enjoy your time out here as much as we do. Wildlife sightings may include deer, fox, squirrel, rabbit, bald eagle, and more! 🦌🦊🐿️🐇🦅 *We have 3 dogs that are on a small fence around the house. There are a couple of barn cats that tend to keep their space and stay near the barn. There are 4 Nigerian dwarf goats 🐐 in a fenced in wooded area by the barn. We also free range chickens 🐓 around the barn area (we can keep them in the coup as needed). **The entire lot is an approved bird dog training grounds. If you are interested in training bird dogs, please speak with me to make arrangements. I have added this as an option under extras. ***Coming soon, farm stand with farm fresh eggs and who knows else! Come enjoy a play session with your pup in a secluded and feature rich environment. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the shed by the swings, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property. Please respect our land as if it were your own.

Wooded area is very clear with minimal under brush. Occasional thorn bush or tree, but very few. 1 Bird Dog Training$100

*Requires minimum 1 full day notice. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Up to 4 dogs included. Our lot is an approved bird dog training ground. We have a 6 acre field and a 10+ acre wooded area with minimal under brush. Package includes 4 birds. We can set them or you can set them. However much time you book is how much time you will have to train your dogs. *No more than 3 guns in the field. *No one under 18 may shoot. ***Safety is top priority. Unsafe trainers will be asked to leave.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
