55This was such a fun spot for our dog! It was well kept, clean and such an awesome space for our pup to get her energy out.
55We loved Bonnie’s place! Bonnie was very friendly and gave great directions to her place. My dog immediately found access to the pond (she loves any water) and we played fetch in Bonnie’s beautifully groomed yard. This was a great pit stop for the pup between Victoria & Port Alberni. Looking forward to visiting again!
55The dogs had a great time running around! Fully fenced well kept beautiful big yard. One of our dogs is a rescue who isn’t sure of other new dogs and this gives a perfect space for us to have her run around and play with our other dog getting her energy out! Our greyhound had a blast doing laps around the yard!

55My 3 dogs had a wonderful time sniffing, exploring, chasing a ball and each other. It is a lovely fully fenced, grassy area. We will definitely go back.
55Great space with private parking and easy access to the spot! The fenced yard is secure, flat, and well-maintained. Our dog enjoyed sniffing around the plants and pond and chasing her frisbee. Bonnie provided a water bowl and a garbage can for poop bags. There were also several places to sit. While we were there, quite a few dogs were visible walking along the street nearby, so if your dog is very reactive to other dogs, this might not be the ideal spot for them. However, we found there was sufficient distance between the fenced area and the street that, while my dog took notice of the dogs passing by, it did not trigger her, so it provided a good opportunity to work on some desensitization training exercises with her.

GETTING HERE 9420 West Saanich Rd - This is the first driveway north of Ardmore golf course on the west side of West Saanich. - Drive up the long driveway, take the sudden left turn at the farmhouse, and straight ahead another 3 metres is the SniffSpot meadow -Park there (you'll see a chalkboard sign) - The meadow is on your left THE MEADOW - this is a fully-fenced 1/2 acre with 5ft tall fences resting a few inches off the ground. It is secure for small dogs. - it is a shady spot with dappled sunlight, full of deciduous ornamental trees, wild mint, and grasses - there is a flock of chickens next to the dog meadow, visible but protected by fencing AMENITIES - water and a dog bowl are at the front of the gate. Use the spigot and hose to fill the bowl as needed - an electric outlet is here as well for charging devices - garbage is in the “pan-insula” bin clearly marked at the entrance to the meadow.
