Description

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

HOST NOTE

Please make sure that the gate closes behind you after you enter (feel free to slam it hard!). Also, please make sure to keep an eye on your dog in the pool, especially if they're not an experienced swimmer, since it's fairly deep. A dog (or guest!) could also potentially slip and fall into the pool, so please be careful around the edges! The decorative rock formations around the back of the pool are not designed to hold the weight of a human or dog. Please be sure your dog doesn't climb on them. There's a hose in the pool connected to the robotic pool cleaner, so please make sure your dog doesn't get tangled up. Our pool has less chlorine than most because it's a saltwater pool (but it's only 1/10th as salty as the ocean), so it's not harmful if your dog drinks a little bit, but they might not feel well if they drank too much. Finally, the pool is unheated, so it might be too cold for some dogs, depending on the weather.

Both dogs and human guests are allowed to swim in the pool at their own risk, but people are required to stay in the shallow end unless at least one other adult is accompanying them. The lounge chairs in the backyard are available for guests to use, but please put the covers back on when you're done!
