Hello and Welcome! We offer 2 SniffSpots in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, fenced or unfenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. SniffSpot 1 is an unfenced, mowed, 1/2 acre, open field, with shaded seating and scenic views. SniffSpot 2 is a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, and refreshments are available. I walk my dogs daily. It’s great to walk without a leach. They can run and walk at their own pace. I love it. Has great views. I let you have the yard to yourself when you are there. See if you can find the carving in one of the trees. 😎

We have a fully fenced in backyard that is off the road at the end of our driveway. We have multiple gate entry points, but the point of entry for the spot is straight back behind the driveway on the left of the red shed. The gate can lock and the yard goes downhill so there are little distractions to dogs who might be a little curious. The fence is lined with chicken wire and our dogs (we have 4) are kept inside during bookings!

8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Huber Heights, Ohio Welcome to our puppy play land! We have 8 acres, including a pond, creek, trails and woods you and your dog can play in. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.
